What it is
Statistle is a statistics package for a first engineering statistics course. It follows the course module by module, from descriptive statistics to two-way ANOVA.
Every analysis names its method, explains each input and each result, and writes the Python (numpy, scipy, statsmodels) and R that reproduce it. It never connects to the internet.
After it installs, open it from the Start menu.
What you can do
- Descriptive statistics with a histogram, a fitted normal curve and a box plot.
- Probability rules, and discrete and continuous distributions with the region shaded on the plot.
- Confidence intervals, sample size, and one- and two-sample tests, with Shapiro-Wilk, Levene and nonparametric alternatives.
- Simple and multiple regression, with model selection and cross-validation.
- One-way ANOVA with Tukey HSD, and two-way ANOVA.
- A Code tab that writes the Python and R for each analysis.
- An Instructions page for every tool; reports as text, HTML or PDF, and data as CSV.
- No network connection, no account, no ads.

Who it is for
Engineering and statistics students, and the instructors who teach them. It follows Dr. Eaglin’s course EGN 3443, Probability and Statistics for Engineers.
